I think what hes trying to say is correct because sometimes things go unsaid, but we think that we have said what we were trying to say.  Maybe hes saying we dont know how to communicate.  Sometimes we forget how to communicate and thats how conflicts start between people. The conflict keeps going on and on because communication has never orrured. We know when communication has occured because problems are solved and things happen that wouldnt have happened unles you or they said what they said.
