I think the birds are free, because not only can they fly, but they can see the whole world and not have to be caught up in the things of this world. I dont see how the birds could be chained to the sky. I also, think all the people in America are free because we have rights and morals and we do have rules. But as long as you follow the rules and laws you can be free and do whatever yo want. We are a free people, i think.
